No one there to help. Terrible service. Zero help to unhook trailer. Would never want to return there

The truck was clean and that was great but it was disappointing that no one was on site to help. I also ordered moving blankets but there was no way to acquire them and I was charged for them. When I was checking out online the site quit when I was taking photos so I wasn’t sure if I checked out correctly I called the number but one one answered. Personally I wouldn’t use this location again because if anything goes wrong online or if online service is slow there’s no one to help and I don’t understand how you’re supposed to acquire equipment like Dollie’s and moving blankets.

Probably the smoothest most easiest and helpful rental reservation I have ever experienced!! By far worth driving a few extra miles out of my area to just utilize this rental location. I highly highly recommend this location!
