I’ve always loved the company and never had a problem till today. When I went to rent th truck it wasn’t till plowed off and I was lelt to do it. Also I had gotten into the wrong truck at first and when I called for help I was hung up on. Finally got into tha right truck then cleared all the snow off but the windows were all icy so we moved the trunk to the front of the store where our car was at and where we had an ice scraper so annoying in the freezing could it would have been nice with some help and you’d think they’d have the cars cleared off

I stated non applicable on two prompts not because it was THAT bad .BUT just asked for a 10 foot box truck and got a 20 which was im guessing more gas money out of my pocket and no winter wipers on the truck and it was storming when I picked it up of course so it was a treacherous ride with a lot of pulling over to clear the windshield and wipers which delayed my arrival time on top of it all.....sorta wasn't happy.

I was only to be charged 75.70 and now you charged me more and made my bank account go negative by taking more out without telling me. I will report this to the better business bureau and contact my attorney. I had a contract for the 75.00 and change. the gas tank was not full when I got it so I put in 25.00 to bring it up to where it was. the whole experience was terrible and will never rent another U-Haul again. there are other companies out there that are more honest then dealing with you!!!

Car trailer worked great and people who helped me did a great job

Made me pay 9 dollars extra for gas that the tank didn't need. They wanted me to fill to 3/4 tank and it was right on the mark when I left it and get a charge saying I have it filled to 1/2 .5. Which is no way true. Uhaul always Nickle and dimming. Can they just fill the tanks full so it's eithet full or not full?!!! Also do they have to make communist Russia 4x the price of gas when the station is across the street. Says they put in a gallon but it cost 9 dollars.

Store appears to be very dirty. Items on display are very dirty and need attention. Van was not cleaned before I picked it up but it ran very well. All interactions with staff was positive however.

The young man helping me did not even go out and walk around the truck with me. The check engine oil light was on and his comment was do not worry about it. I was driving 1700 miles to Florida and it did concern me but drove it anyway. He could not print me a contract so I did not even sign one. He did get a representative on the phone who assisted in getting me the discount I was supposed to get as well as emailing me the contract so I had a document in the vehicle in case of issues. I had asked for 60 pads for packing and they only had 30 on the site. Considering that I had ordered this well ahead of time I was a bit upset with this discovery. I made do with what they gave me.

I gave the attendant a different card to charge than the one I reserved the unit with. They did not charge the card that I gave them at the time of rental. They charged charged the card I reserved the unit with, and not the card I gave them at the time of the rental. Can you please correct this issue or call me at (508)494-5455.
