I got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas even though my paperwork said between 3/8 and 1/4. I drove it a little over 8 miles and was charges over $8 for gas. Are you for real?! Not recommending.

Take accurate measures of mileage and gas levels prior to renting to customers. The man who rented me it was great but told me the truck had 7/8 of a tank and it did not. It had 3/4 and I have a picture of it to prove it. I returned the truck with exactly what it had (3/4) when I picked it up. I was charged almost $20 for an 1/8 of a tank of gas that it did not have in the first place. It's not that I wouldn't recommend this Location, I just wouldn't recommend Uhaul unless you don't care about getting ripped off a few dollars due to inaccuracies. I read countless reviews about gas issues and charges but I guess this will never get addressed. Lesson learned

Change the windshield wipers more often. No reflection on pickup location as rental trucks and autos never have appropriate wipers. Driving through some of hurricane Nate's rain was not an enjoyable experience!

Worst UHaul experience I have ever had. Started yelling at me before I even finished parking. No signs to tell you where drop parking is, so when I was going to go ask, employee started yelling at me to get out and give him the keys. Said gas was low even though called last location and they disagreed via picture. Was laughing at me the whole time and was completely inappropriate. I am a small female, but I am a US Veteran and a Class A OTR truck driver, he definitely misjudged when he decided to get upset I was driving and let me know that he thought I shouldnt be with a laugh. Charged me for 2.4 gallons of gas REALLY 2.5 gallons. What was the point? WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE

We attempted to use the "easy" drop off location however, the app was not working and would not provide us with a location to drop off the truck. We went to the location where we had picked up the truck and they wanted to fine us for not taking it back to our "drop off" location. Had to call customer service to get the correct location since it was never sent to us and the site with the information wasn't working.

The person in the office at the time charged me more than I had quoted before on line and didn't explained why until I asked twice, and still he wasn't clear, then he talked and talked non-stop, I was in a hurry and he took his sweet ass time. Bad service.

Tom Callahan, the manager, was unprofessional. During my short time at the facility, he was short, rude, and unprofessional. He referenced how he was "only here to make money" and "didn't care about anything". Furthermore, he did not show me the truck prior to leaving. He simply handed me the keys and said "I'm not sure which truck it is, but you can figure it out". Because of Tom Callahan's demeanor and behavior, I am unsure if I will continue to rent from UHaul.

Trailer had a flat when I picked it up that I had to deal with. Told I could go to another center...but they told me I had to call roadside. Did not tighten the trailer onto the ball. First major bump I hit the trailer came off held on only with chains. Was swaying before I could get stopped and almost hit a car. Did not check to make sure running lights worked. Only turn, brake and emergency. Discovered at 4am when we hit the road that there weren't running lights.

The closure at the back of the truck got stuck when we opened it and it was very difficult to close. After we closed it the first time, the second time it wouldn't latch and we couldn't lock the back of the truck. Luckily we returned the truck before the office closed. Also, we filled up the gas tank with what we used and they still charged us for gas. SCAM. ??

For sure next time i will use some other comanies. I had a reservation at 10am and fill up my online thing to cut the time that i had to spend there in half, but they gave me the rental car at 11!!! R u serious? Your employees are taking advatage over my situation? I got there and he told me the machine is not working, i said ok i am in hurry and then he transfers my reservation by a call to another location! He said you should go there. I said ok. I went to santa ana and see the guy there. He says we have no reservation on ur name. I said they just called you he said we have no reservation! And he said you should go back to other location! I go to the other locatio i see that guy i am asking him what is going on! Whay you guys doing this! He says i fixed the card reader machine! And with no appologize and nothing and after an hour and 15min wasting my time he gave me the car! If i was not in that situation i would not get that car and pa about 70$. You guys do not do this for free. I expect to hear from you about this inconvinience and a very bad experience that i had. I am truly disappointed. If you do not wanna give any discount ok it is fine. But acting like a person who doesnt care about other people while taking there money is not cool at all.
