Thomas JLocation was very backed up with customers. I rented a 15' truck and car trailer - was told to drive down to a nearby parking lot where I could load the car on by myself. No instructions - was told to watch a YouTube video to figure it out for myself. When I got the vehicle home and started to load in boxes, the inside floor was dirty - needed to be mopped, which I did before returning it. The front tires were bald on the outside edge, which made steering a challenge - especially when we drove through wet road conditions. White knuckle driving. I thank God that we made safe passage.
