Truck was returned at 2 pm the same day it was rented and I checked out on the app. I also paid for 50 miles and only traveled 35, where's the promised refund???

just the age old problem that what we reserved was not available

Wallace HBe open during normal business hours. I returned equipment around 3pm and business was closed. Thank goodness lot was open so I could drop off trailer. I was charged a $20 convenience fee the next day for possibly calling U Haul to find out where I needed to drop off trailer since it was not on my contract or something else. When I called U Haul the next morning about the $20 charge, the attendant said it would be adjusted off.
