Office worker was awesome
RANDALL FThe U-Haul site was down. It cost me over 1.5 hours. Everything else was perfect. The employee went over and beyond to help with the process.
DAVID EThe last couple of times I rented from this store had me concerned about the ability of the truck to not break down. Steering very loose on trucks. Last time I rented, the truck acted as though it would not start and/or stall. Truck was clean overall. Check-in process is not easy. Office hours are not normal. Closes at 2 PM.
