I rented a furniture dolly and 6 blankets with my reservation. The location told me that they didn't have these items and I would have to call Uhaul to fix the charges. Was told they didn't have access to go in and change it. I found another Uhaul location nearby and the wonderful woman there took care of us. She said she had been a Uhaul dealer for 18 years. The location ai unfortunately rented from is giving your product a bad name.

Arsheka J.Hours before my scheduled pickup, Uhaul changed my pickup location which made me drive more than an hour out of my way. Then when I arrived to pick the truck up, the truck was not set up for 24/7 pickup and it took almost an hour to get it figured out. The the shipping blankets were not in the truck as requested. Horrible experience!
