I pulled in to this location with my 10' truck 30 minutes before closing time on Dec. 3. at 5:30pm. A woman, who told me her name was Cathy, was clearly "out of sorts" was inside the very small gas station kiosk. She told me her gas station was out of order and that she had no time to deal with me. She ask for the key and told me to leave. She took my paperwork and gave me nothing in return. No receipt...nothing. I took pictures of the truck and called U-haul customer service with the relevant information. This morning, Dec. 4, I did receive a receipt showing the "$0" balance that I expect. In the end, everything worked out fine. However, I would never recommend or return to this location given the anxiety caused by the attendant (Cathy). I understood that she was under stress from the gas station issue, but that was no reason to be so rude and abrupt to me.

They were so helpful, responsive and kind. It's a small gas station with a few rentals. The entire process took about 15 mins, and the attendant graciously helped us lining up and securing the hitch. 5 stars!!

I was switched to a different location than originally booked I was overcharged for the rental The woman told me that there was insurance when the original was booked so I said ok fine, but learned from my brother after(he booked the truck) that he did not want insurance so we were charged for two days of that even though we returned it the same day. There was barely any gas at all in the truck I was not told that I only had a 30 minute window to pick up my vehicle so I arrived 34 minutes past the time (no idea or else I would have been there at the exact time) to find that they couldn't wait the 4 extra minutes and cancelled my rental. Everything about the experience, changes and additional costs were ridiculous. I was very displeased with it.

Truck was filthy inside and out. Trash inside can with sticky liquid spills in cab. Bed of truck was so dirty and slightly oily like it had never been cleaned and got our moving blankets dirty and we needed to have them cleaned. The agent told my wife if she didnt like it she could go somewhere else. We will never go to this location again

My location and time of pickup changed without informing me prior to my arrival at my previously scheduled time and location. The location mischarged me and could not apply any coupon codes that I had. When I called the customer support center to have the codes applied, I kept getting transfered to different departments and the location without receiving any help. There were people from the support center and the location who would hang up on me. The staff at the location was not trained on how to use their system. I rented an enclosed trailer and the staff at the location did not hook up or unhook the trailer for me or offer to help.

Be nice to the customer and not jump to conclusions when the customer asks a question. My moving help.com person, Aloha's Conrad, used the truck after I was through with it without permission. I was just asking questions when the 76 station guy hung up on me. "Thanks" a lot. Not!

owner (young indian guy...not being racist here just sticking to the facts, I am also minority) has no idea how to treat customers. I rented a truck and literally used for less than 15 miles (including return to station). The contract said within 20 miles no fuel charge...He charged me for 1 galon of oil anyway (Yes 1 galon)... Try to tell him I did not drive more thatn 20 miles...he will not take my word for it...I gave him 5 dollars and told him to give me a drink as change...he charged me extra 16cts for the drink! talk about nickel and dime (and penny)...Pathetic! He owns the place (probably USD 5million + gift by his daddy) and is worried about 16 cts...what pettiness...No, I will definetely won't do business at that place.. The truck (large one) was old, difficult to handle and no dolly (i guess that is extra charge too)....Hope his daddy take the business out of his hands..absolutely pathetic. Tell your next costumer to rent his truck somewhere else.

I did the online reservation 1 day before visiting the store; the clerk indicated there is NO such reservation. The online reservation for 10' truck is $1.19/mile and the store charged me $1.39/mile.

The interaction with the person setting up the contract was through a slot (like a bank drive up without a microphone). He was very hard to hear. The outside of the vehicle was pretty dirty. The van, however, was nice and new and clean inside. So at least that was good.

We rented the truck for 6 hrs and the last hour, the guy called and harressed about bringing the truck back by 4 cause someone else was coming to pick it up!! 3 calls and 2 messages stressing us to bring it back!! We are trying to move and get done before 4. We weren't even done and brought it back 10 minutes early with more gas then we got it and the guy didn't even say thank you or sorry for harrasing us. Very unprofessional!! Would never go back to that location!!
