This is a very small location. The counter person did not seem to fully understand the process. They were also a day late reporting the return the equipment.

Joseph O.I had to wait an hour for final approval via my phone to get the keys out of the lock box. Through the process I talked to 4 Uhaul reps and my reservation got cancelled once. I was scheduled to pick up at 9:00am and dint leave with the truck until 10:08. This is not the fault of Skips Auto Service. This is Uhaul inability to instruct their customers on the process they need to go through and the length of time it takes them to approve your info via your phone. Customer service also isn't a help. They just tell you to follow the phone prompts and can't assist with speeding up the process. An hour! Why isn't this done prior to pick up. Nonsense.
