Was told I could extend the rental or bring it back in the morning when I picked up the truck. Tried to extend the rental and the app would not let me extend. Ended up returning the truck 2 hours late because I had been assuming I could extend and they charged me fully double the quoted price. Picked up the truck and returned it the same day. Will be disputing the charges with my credit card company if the extra fees aren't reduced.

Matthew SThe sales associate at the gas station marked that I wanted the insurance after I repeatedly filled out that I did not want it. U-Haul said they would contact me and never did. Cell service does not work inside the store and nothing I did on the app was reflecting to the sales associate in the gas station.
