LANCE HI had to wait outside in the sun with no recourse for >20 minutes to return my van. Also, I was unexpectedly charged what they said was a required $15 insurance fee because they were "a neighborhood store." I had declined the coverage multiple times, so this was a huge bummer.
Louis BAll went well. The gas wasn’t filled up all the way, but I fixed that after dropping it off. Greg was a professional and was a great help. Thanks!
