This facility was not open on Saturday and I wanted to drop off the trailer at that time. I had to drive around town for two extra days with the trailer attached. When I arrived on Monday, at 10:10 am, the gates were still locked and I had to leave my vehicle in the middle left turn lane on the highway. Several returned trucks were parked in front of both gates.

This location was a little messy and overrun with old classic cars. To the average customer that might appear unappealing, however, we love old cars and the owner was really cool. We found out about a car show from him and had a good time discussing our classic rides. It turned out great!

The U-Haul reservation program that had to be filled out (multiple times) was archaic and not well designed. The amount of information you require from your customers is embarrassing and shows a lack of good overall company health. It has been 20 years or so since I last rented from U-Haul and at that time it was a copy of my license, credit card and some signatures, now it’s just ridiculous. I filled in all of the online forms, prepaid and it still took over 1 hour to get a trailer from a very nice man that was as frustrated as I was with the unnecessary redundancy! I was also informed that the furniture pads that I reserved were not available at his location, how hard is it to keep items like this in inventory so when the customer is automatically opted in for said items they can actually get what they order. Your system is in a sad state of affairs and if you try to blame this on your agents and/or locations, it still reflects poorly on your company, my phone number is 6143093085 if you wa t more information. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund of the unfulfilled portion of the rental. FYI - I am sure you don’t care but I will be buying my own trailer for future use, it will be worth the cost not having to deal with this type of nonsense.

For the 2nd time at a 'neighborhood' UHaul location they were not able to finish my online reservation on the UHaul system. They canceled it and did it as a 'walk in'. My online reservation was for $107, my billing for the walk in was $131.



This is my 7th time to use a Uhaul rental truck and was by far the most positive experience. I was in a time deadline. Even though what I needed was not available on this lot. They were able to get it for me in a very short time.

Couldn't lick dolly up at scheduled location. Was moved to this location. Then we get call said he wasn't going to be there til 1030. So we waited 1120 to get my dolly. Then to return it he wasn't there so told is to roll under the the ga he. Didn't conformation it was returned.
