Tracy R.Should have reserved from this location instead of Sullivan location, in the first place. Not happy about charges. Online reservation showed total $113 , when I picked up trailer paperwork showed $130 , but now I show a pending charge of $219 ? Plus I was told on the phone I would be getting a $50 credit back , because my original reservation was at Sullivan at 9 a.m. & I had to go to Shelburn & waste a bunch of time before I got my equipment & have not seen a $50 dollar credit & showing pending charge of almost double what it was supose to cost. Not sure I will do this again.
