Larger trucks should be located where the majority of people reside ... in Grimsby near the QEW. Truck was muddy inside upon pick up. Aside from this, self check in was simple snd good for my schedule.

Scheduled 5x8 trailer on internet to pick up in St Catharines for 5pm on a Friday, for 1 day. Get a text to pick it up in Port Colborne at 4pm at the latest. That was a pile of horse shit so I ended up picking one up in Smithville and having to drive an hour out of my way just to get the damn trailer. Doubt I'll ever use Uhaul ever again... Your pricing on trucks is also just FUCKING MENTAL, quoted $500 + gas one way to NorthBay. So I went and got a trailer hitch installed(not by UHaul) for $250 and rented the trailer for $100. All I can do is "lol" at your company.

I had some trouble calling in initially. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and when the representative answered all I heard was a long sigh and then was disconnected. I called back was on hold again a good 10 minutes then when the lady answered she said ok on minute and I was disconnected again. I called the following day and had no problems. The sales rep that called me back was pleasant and helpful and the rep at the home hardware was professional well trained and friendly.

Truck leaked. Had to drive 20min from where I booked originally and confirmed 4 times was told I'm rate would be lowered!! Was not of course. Called and got a guy on the phone that didnt care and nothing adjusted to km rate just a claim started on damaged property. Guy at home hardware was rude and not willing to help in any way.

We took pictures of the vehicle, because we felt certain "defects" were not identified. Maybe they are of no importance to the dealer/owner but they maybe important to the customer. The service area in this store could be better marked, so you can get there without asking.

When I booked online was quoted one rate and different rates appeared at check in. It took well over 30 mins for technical support to get numbers right for sales rep at location. Was very disappointed for the pickup location that their "support team" was very lacking.

the truck was in excellent condition, and the service was great. But I don't believe the tank was truly full ( even though the gauge was showing full ) as it took 22.7 litres to fill. That works out to be over 28 litres per 100 km.

Give me my $50 off as per your policy if your reserved vehicle and location isn't met. I reserved a truck in grimsby and instead had to pick it up in smithville
