The people at the location went out of their way to help us after hours because nobody at the provided phone numbers for Uhaul would answer or call us back delaying our rental for over 30 minutes. We were charged way more than originally quoted. Can't say enough good about the business where we picked the truck up from. Above and beyond.

I reserved a 10 ft truck from the main Panama City Haul location. There was no contact the day prior to confirm anything as promised. Instead i got a text/email that my reservation had been "Updated" to a different truck, at a different location, in a different town! Not only that, but it was to a closed office where i was supposed to figure out "Truck share" on an app i don't have or want. Worst reservation ever.
