The computers were down and I almost had my plans completely ruined!😡 This is not acceptable and it was embarrassing 😳 and caused other problems throughout the day! The U-Haul guy had to process my request over his cell phone! This is not EVER ACCEPTABLE!! 1* is too much for this location!
