had a terrible experience with U-Haul that I feel needs to be addressed. My reservation was for 8 AM on a Saturday, but the truck provided was dirty and didn’t have the dolly I reserved. I had to drive to another location just to get the dolly, which was extremely inconvenient. Even worse, I couldn’t get a replacement truck until 12:30 PM because the location didn’t open until 10 AM. This delay pushed my schedule back by over 5 hours. Staff showed no empathy and there was a complete lack of urgency or accountability. This entire experience was unacceptable. I was highly inconvenienced and lost valuable time due to U-Haul’s poor service and lack of coordination. I would like to request compensation for the delays and the trouble I experienced.
Jamiah AThe trailer was very dirty and grease all over the floor. I had to rent pads to put on the floor so my items would not have grease all over them. Was very disappointed on the inside condition of the trailer
Joseph HThe trailer was great, and the people had helpful attitudes, but the location was difficult to find; there was not a clear public entrance; and there were equipment malfunctions that the staff did not seem equipped to handle.
Brendan TThe location is not clearly marked. There was also some confusion trying to return the truck and car hauler trailer. I think this business is just starting up. I wish them well.
