The battery was dead, lost an hours time due to that, the app is absolutely HORRIBLE and I had to upload documents more than 3 times picking up AND dropping off I finally gave up and had to call the 800 number. Lost valuable time there as well.
Dawn DMobile drop off did not work. Cell phone reception is not good in this location
Paige RI was promised a $50 credit from customer service because I had to travel 53 miles to pick up the truck since Maldonaldo Automotive didn't have the truck. Then travel back to Altus to load up. The credit never showed on my account. Promises not kept=unhappy customer.
William CWhen I dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box, I video recorded the truck being parked, made sure to get the truck number. I walked over to the drop box and video recorded the the number on the keys and then dropped them off in the drop box. The next day Uhual is calling me asking where the truck is etc etc. luckily I had video recorded proof dropping the truck off on time and at the correct location they were trying hit me with extra days using the truck.
