When I dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box, I video recorded the truck being parked, made sure to get the truck number. I walked over to the drop box and video recorded the the number on the keys and then dropped them off in the drop box. The next day Uhual is calling me asking where the truck is etc etc. luckily I had video recorded proof dropping the truck off on time and at the correct location they were trying hit me with extra days using the truck.

The cell service is limited at the pick up location. Unable to use mobile pick up. Had to call UHaul customer service to help with picking up truck. No one at location during the posted open hours.
