Dropped keys off in the marked drop box as instructed, was woken up (before 9am) by a call accusing me of not dropping off the keys. The guy on the phone proceeded to INSIST I didn't leave the keys, and then he started yelling at me about how the truck was parked. Despite me saying I didn't have the keys, the guy continued yelling at me, insisting I come move the truck..... Had to call Uhaul about this and they never even got back to me with a resolution. 0/10 would not recommend.

Marjorie F.The gentleman who helped me at this location was so friendly and knowledgeable. So smart to have the location at a gas station, really convenient to refuel before and after. Only comment I would have for improvement would be to start off with full tank of gas, then there is no guess work for how much to refuel. I would recommend this location, I have heard of friends having a bad experience with their truck not being available or it taking a long time for processing and payment. I honestly could not be more grateful for how patient and helpful he was, he made my moving experience better and I am very thankful. :)
