This was a rescehedule location to get the truck I needed. The location is more of an appointment only for pick up, but no complaints. The person who was there was really nice and very efficient.
John G.I booked a rental for a specific location, yet had to drive an extra 30 minutes each way to pick up the trailer in a location out of the way as the initial location did not have a trailer ready for me.
Yohannes P.I made a note about the quick release hitch and its danger when i picked up the trailer as it did not look secure. The trailer came off the hitch on the highway at 80km/h when i was driving the trailer back. This is extremely dangerous and I could have seriously hurt myself. Please consider using the traditional hitch systems instead of these new quick ones.
Vladimir V.Super helpful and easy to deal with, all online and self help for the majority of it. Only thing that would be helpful would be to know where to go to talk to someone if there are any issues with pickup or drop off, especially when the app fails for the return process. Otherwise love this location
