You change locations at the last minute but not call the person You want to be very high tech and so calling the customer is out of the question .i go to the new location and the password assigned does not work and I am standing in the cold . All these inconveniences and time wasted and cost incurred I feel you should do more than than that $50.customer care is a key and not texting. The inconveniences encountered during is unphantomed. You have some bad apples who do not care and their answer Is it's the company.


Big sign $19.95 per day. That was a lie, but we only found out when we returned the vehicle. False advertising.
