Tire was missing on trailer. Eventually they fixed it. Not clear on what box truck I was suppose to take. No one on site to help. I would only recommend this Uhaul, because it is the only one. Big, Big shout out to Mr. Tommy Rolfson. If it was not for him I would never got anything done that day. He got my truck, my contract and handle all my issues beyond my expectations. One hell of a Manager. The company needs more like him.

Dave RMy pickup location was changed to a placed further away. No one was present for the pickup. When I got to my home I noticed a tire was bald. I had to go back to the place and get a replacement tire. The replacement was weather checked.
