Returning the truck was such a hassle. It looked like a junk yard with only 1 Uhaul there. JUNKY YARD, demolished shed and cars in the yard. There was no personnel to help us, to top it all off, we returned it the same day we received it and there was NO DROP BOX!! We are even being charged a cleaning fee when the truck was dirty when we rented it.
