What you should do: 1: tell the customer what box the keys are in. 2: have working locks 3: don’t have 2 hour wait times. 4: don’t make the pick up location different then where the customer reserved it. This was by far the worst customer service experience I had. Couldn’t get my uhaul out of the parking lot until 2 HOURS after I arrived due to y’all having horrendous logistics, planning, customer service, and communication.
