Got a quote to have truck for a fast local, ended up getting charge 2 times, an wag 3 times as much as I was quoted... not happy... probably won't rent from uhaul again

BECKY DTrain the staff on how to rent the equipment. Actually check Equip back in when it's returned. Don't wait weeks until the customer gets a "Equip not returned email"
