Stop making customers go to a different location other than where they booked their rental. You should locate and bring vehicle to location booked at so as not put it on the customer to drive all over the state to get their rental.

They charged me 25.00 for a cleaning fee and another 20.00 for an after hours service fee, when all I did was move a motorcycle, there was nothing to clean.
