We were emailed a location which was printed on the contract but during our trip we received a text with a different address from the contract. We did not double check both addresss because the text did not indicate that it was a different address from the contract. When we arrived at the initial destination location, they accepted our truck anyway. We appreciated that we did not have to take it to a different location.

Location seemed pretty run down and there was a U-Haul van that we saw that had a broken rim. The people at this location were also very stand offish and kind of rude.

The employees there tried to blame previous damage to the van on my wife and kids. After arguing that it was clearly done prior to our rental, they agreed not to charge us. The fact that they attempted to blame the previous damage on my family is what's appalling . I'm looking forward to visit the store the next time I'm in town. Let's see if they want to try and take advantage of me instead if my wife.

Van smelled like a locker room inside an Indian Restaurant in 133 degree heat. Kid inside the rental complex was a complete Zombie and had Zero personality. Also, I ordered 2 furniture dollies & he only had 1 so that was a waste. I am requesting a $7 refund as I wasn't able to use it as I needed the 2 I had ordered. 4 Vans on site and 1 dolley????

My dissatisfaction is only a little bit about this location. The worker had too much going on when I returned the van and when he saw that I was going to question the bill he told me I would need to call U-Haul. That seemed fair, since he was just filling out U-Haul's online billing form anyway. But when I called the following Monday and told the representative my two issues, she passed on only one of them. (I didn't know that until later.) She said I would have an email response by Wednesday. On Friday I called again and was told (snippily) by another rep that it takes 3-5 business days so I would have an answer by the next Monday. On Saturday I got a call regarding one issue. I think it was from the operator of this location and it was in my favor. (Thank you.) He did not know about the other complaint, so I supposed it had been forwarded to someone else and was still being processed. On Tuesday I called the 800 number again and got a third rep, who said there was no record of my second issue on the original call. She started to take the information again but kept telling me what I had already said (what it appeared had happened in the billing) and while saying that the decision would be made by management she kept telling me her opinion of what it should be. Finally I ran out of time on my lunch break (and patience!) and gave up on her, deciding that I would resort to writing this the next time I had time to devote to this problem. I hope someone who has authority to resolve a problem will review my phone calls (which are said to be recorded) and get back to me. At the least, thank you for giving me this forum to complain.

Though the location was convenient to my move to location, but the attendant was uncomfortable parking the auto-transport trailer in a parking spot and asked me to do it for him. I am adequate, but not an expert, and it took me extra time to park the trailer.

Office smelled of Body odor and the truck smelled pretty much the same. Nasty film of something all over steering wheel. Truck didn't look like it had been cleaned in months...... charged us $.99 a mile too which we rent all the time and it has never been that much?
