The truck would not start and I had to wait 3 hours for someone to jump it off. I had movers at the house waiting on me at $120 per hour. Very unhappy customer

I made an online Reservation for 7:30 am pick up and when I went to pick up the truck and dolly the store clerk said nobody will be in until 9:00 am with u-haul. So I couldn't get the truck I had movers waiting on me to get the truck so my whole day was messed up
Cynthia B.We drove up to drop the truck off at the Thomasville location. The teller refused to come outside and check the mileage or the truck. They refused to give us a receipt. As it turned out the location was not technically active and they did not bother to tell us and we had no way of knowing. They took the key anyway and it was only with great effort that we got them to check it in timely. They should have their dealership revoked. Their service is unacceptable.

Thomas A.The lady that was working that morning did not know anything about renting uhaul she told us that the guy was off that day! There was 3 of us there at the same time to get a uhaul! my reservation was at 10 I was there at 940am I did not get my truck until almost 11am very unorganized!
