The person that was working and disconnected the trailer would not give his name or sign paperwork that we dropped off trailer. Lot was muddy. I took pictures to proce I dropped off trailer.

There was no drop off box. I walked around the area for 20 minutes waited on hold for 30 minutes for the troubleshooting team to come on. Had to wait another 20 minutes in order to resolve my issue, then had to place the key in the glove box and lock up the vehicle, because there was no drop off box at this location. This is unacceptable and not a way to do business. I will not rent from this company again.
