I booked through the Airport Road Location and received a call shortly before picking up the Uhaul that there was no truck available for me. Even though I pre-booked! I had to drive to the complete opposite end of town to get another truck. No one did a walk about with me. I was just handed the keys and treated with poor customer service. I was told my move was local even though I was using the truck to go out of town, retrieve my contents and move here. I don't understand how that counts as a local move... Also, the price is ridiculous. To have to pay a daily fee plus pay for km's used as well as pay for gas used. Either charge just a daily fee plus gas or just km's plus gas. Not both. What rip off that was.

1) There was a bent fender on left side and the lady didnt point it out. 2) No one helped putting trailer on hitch. 3) Signals werent working due to poor connection which later on started working automatically.

Customer information on contract not accurate, this can cause confusion! When picking up unit, someone should check rental unit & ensure it is hooked up properly. We had to ask for this to be done! None one offered help to hook up. Will rent unit again, however service can be improved.

The worst customer service experience anybody could ever experience. The guy is dangerous, he can physically hit you with his baseball bat. I ended up getting my truck with a police officer with me for my safety. I couldn't have any other option. It was weekend, and this was the only open UHAUL office. I was charged the double price after quote and online payment. My truck had to be ready at 10:00 am and I got the truck at 2:00 PM.

As instructed, I contacted the above location 2 days before my reservation to confirm that a 26' truck was on site. I was told that yes my reserved truck was there. On March 30 when I went to pick up my truck, it was no longer there. I had reserved this truck 1 month in advance. It had been rented out the night before I was due to pick it up and the person did not return it at 1100. It is my opinion that when a reservation is made, that truck stays there until the person it is reserved to picks it up. I had no choice but to accept a 20' truck. Was not happy about the fact that the windshield had a substantial crack in it. Not pleased at all with how the business is run and will probably not use your company unless it is absolutely necessary in the future. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. Yelled at me in front of other customers, did not honour price, changed drop off location with out telling me, truck was dirty, mileage was off, I could go on for ever. Thank goodness for 1800 u haul for helping me out as owner of gas station would not listen. They should loose their contract with Uhaul for the way treat people.

If it wasn’t for the Hazelwoods at this location in porcupine Ontario we may have not been able to move on time. Very professional and extremely helpful and understanding. They were instrumental in ironing out all the confusion with head office that we dealt with.

I would not change a thing at this pick up location. Everyone and everything was just amazing. The only thing I would change is the knowledge of the people answering the phone when you call the 800 number. Being told the there is a truck the size I needed then bring told but not the day I need it then switching the days or truck size was just a waste of my time. The person I talked to should have said they had nothing available not waited for me to ask if there was a different size truck or one available on a different day. I was finally told there was a 15 foot truck I could get for one day only and that no other trucks were available then when ont the day after I really wanted the truck I find not 1 but 5 different size trucks sitting there and that I could have had the size truck that I wanted on the day I wanted it. This all added more stress to my son and his family on the day before my grandkids started school at a new school. But once again I must say the pick up location was beyond excellent and I would tell anybody to go there before calling the 800 number

Didn't have the furniture blankets I ordered. Truck was not swept out. Tow dolly had a bent hitch knob that made it difficult to operate. Staff was ok, but not very friendly and didn't ask if I needed any help or even came out to show me which equipment was mine.

The online booking service for Uhaul is absolutely horrible. Nothing seemed to work and there were multiple mix-ups with my reservation at 2 different locations when I had originally placed my booking with one. I would never recommend the website to anyone amd it appears as though you have to wait until the last minute to be certain you'll even get your reservation filled and honoured. Waaaay too much time and effort to book a small single axle trailer. Not impressed and will definitely share my frustrations with family and friends.

I've never been so insulted by someone in customer service, the original pick location attendant had no manners and does not know how to speak to customers. Then I was transferred (did not know this was possible) to another location this on King St. (same city) and this location did not have what I reserved and so I had to drive 45min. away last minute to another location to pick up and return to the previous place so they can do the rental for me. I was not told that there was no guarantee that I may not get a van, nor was I taken through the rental agreement or walk through of the van I rented. very dissatisfied in this rental!

Uhaul agent struggled to complete the booking using the computer, did not come out to the trailer to show me where it was, check the hitch, help me attach, go over safety, inspect lights etc.. She told me what trailer it was and told me to go hook it up. Trailer she gave me was badly damaged and the oldest of the three 4x8 trailers available for rental. She checked the box that said I refused the safetow insurance, despite me saying I wanted it, and then I got the worst trailer there, and no walk around. To me it seemed like a setup to trap me into paying for damages I did not cause (Needless to say I documented damages on my on by taking pictures, prior to leaving the premises). I went back inside to sign the rental papers, and ask about the damages to the trailer, but she had left the papers on the counter with a pen and had disappeared. The girl at the gas station working, said the lady (Linda Crevier) had left the paper for me and that it was my copy. Linda was no longer there to talk to. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Make sure a rental is available for the time and date the person chose. Don't change their date without calling them first to make sure that it's alright with the renter first.
