Got falsely charged after I returned the truck. I wanted to return the truck and speak with someone in person to avoid something like this from happening. I'm out of $60 twice returning trucks to uhaul vendors

Amanda CFirst location no longer available. So I was unable to check out on the ph because I wasn't at the original location. Then I had to call to make sure I wasn't going to be charged being at the wrong place. Nobody was in the building to talk to. A gentlemen that was working on cars took the keys. I wasn't comfortable with the process.
