Staff At this location was completely incompetent. The store had 5 employees working but only one could do UHaul services, and he was busy helping another customer with plumbing parts. When he was done helping that plumbing customer, now 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time, he didn't know how to work the computer to help the customer in front of me for his rental. When he finally got to me, an hour past my scheduled pick up time, he stated he could NOT help me load my car onto the car carrier and in his 5 years he has NEVER helped anyone load their cars "cause its to much liability for the store". I told him, aren't your supposed to be the "expert" ? And if anything goes wrong with the car being improperly loaded it would be more of a liability on you and UHaul as it was loaded on your property in plan view of you. Just typing this has reminded me how pissed off I was at this Asshole and this store.
