JAMES NRobert was welcoming and friendly in setting up the rental. On site Chris was very friendly, efficient , and supportive. All the folks I spoke with both in Traverse City, MI and Grand Rapids, MI were outstanding. For example, I changed locations for pick up in Traverse City. The fellow in Traverse City offered to make that change and did so. In Grand Rapids, I changed the drop off location. The fellow at the first site offered to make the change and did so. Amazing ! I cannot recall any other company being so helpful and efficient. I am sold on U-HAUL !
JAMES RThe truck was clean but very noisy. I rented the truck one way. They only allow you to drive a certain number of miles, and then charge $1 per mile if you exceed that. I’m not sure how the miles are figured, but since there was not a drop off location in the town where I live, I had to take the truck to another town to return it. This put me over the allotted number of miles and I had to pay an extra $28.
