The check in process using mobile app was bad. Fix that
Jaime L.I chose to have my pick dome in person instead of the online check in, and still had to get my rental through the app because no one was there. The locations hours were 8am to 12pm. I picked 8:30 to make sure someone would be there. The location is literally just a field with a few trucks and a red shed with a not saying call the number listed. If there isn't going to be someone at the location, remove that option
William A.Muddy, nobody was there to assist, awful cell reception from representative that remotely started our check in.
Jennifer B.I dropped the vehicle off in a field, and was told to use the app to check the vehicle in. The poor cell service in the area prevented my ability to use the app. After several attempts, I had to drop the keys off in a box on a post. Then got billed for an additional day because they checked it in at 4 pm and not 2:40 when I dropped the vehicle off.
