I was not able to pick up at selected time due to the app and uhaul.com not working. I even called the 24/7 line and it was o er an hour wait. After trying to get access to the truck for over 45 mins, I decided it would be best to come back when they are open and deal with a person. Super friendly and accommodating! Adjusted my return time since I picked up over 2 hours later.

Neon tanning took off insurance I originally contracted and tried to sell it for 50.00 more to my daughter. They were unprofessional and not knowledgeable
chaya aTruck was dirty I used the truck for a little over 2 hrs and only went 7.7 miles and I refused the additional insurance they tried to say I had the truck 4 days used a 1)4:tank of gas charged for insurance so a 39.95 a day truck turned into over $200 I was ripped off I'm filing a dispute
Mario SI am currently waiting on a refund due to an overcharge bc office girl didn't have us resign on a different vehicle after realizing she gave us one with a car dolly that we didnt need. Gave proof of the gas that was in the vehicle when picked up and was told we would get a refund. Still no refund. Will update my review once I get it.
