We reserved for 12pm pick up but it took 20-25 minutes to get paper work done and have the vehicle delivered because there is no parking for trucks/vans. Employee has to walk several blocks to bring vehicle to business. Staff was very friendly.

Don't use the app, pick up in store. The mobile app is unreliable, ran into so many issues...had to ring customer support which I was on hold for 20mins, transferred a number of times - bad experience

The owners are very personable and helpful. I dropped the ball on the paperwork when returning the vehicle, but Greg was nice enough to handled it on his end. If I need a U-Haul again I would come back here.

The system was having issues to check me in and at one point the lady had to start all over. Also, the people before me were trying to check-in with the mobile app and were having a lot of issues and I even got set up before them. So I was glad I switched to in-person check-in after I saw the bad reviews for the mobile app. So it seems that would be a key place to improve. But otherwise, everything went smoothly and my after hours check-out with the website went well. Thanks!

The employees at Oak Dollar Plus were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again. The uhaul online presence is very confusing. I wasted a lot of time trying to find the "Return my truck" feature on their website, and their "Uhaul International" app wasn't available in Canada.

Your online "pick-up" did not work. Therefore there was some confusion about what to do. STOP ONLINE PICK-UP BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK. If it does for some, it does not matter as it is not consistent for everyone. This wastes your customers time.

I was very unimpressed with the service I received today and following this email I will be writing a google review of my experience. Firstly, my reservation was for 4hrs. I dont ever recall making it for 4hrs, I would never have booked a truck for just 4 hours, I thought I had the truck for the full day and didnt realize until the day of moving. We had a reservation for 7am, it did not clearly state anywhere that people were required to pick up their truck within 30 minutes of the reservation or their order would be cancelled and the truck could not be picked up. This must have been in the fine print but what a terribly small window to allow customers. Then we get to the car, find out our reservation is nulled because we arrived at the truck at 8am instead of 7am. We try and sign in to the U-Haul app and it doesnt work. We cant load any photos or get the code for the lock. We call customer service, spend 30 plus minutes on the phone with 3 different people, none of which helped us at all. Essentially, we were told to wait another 45 minutes until the store U-Haul is running out of is open. While were on the phone with customer service and trying to sort out or own troubles we run into another couples who are having the exact same issues... Your system does NOT work. In desperation, I try the U-Haul app on a different phone, and on iphone it seems to work. If your app doesnt work on some phone models (android aka. 50% of phones) that needs to be explicitly clear. We finally log in, get our code and can start our move. I tried to contact someone on the live chat to extend the reservation, but of course no one got back to me. I got back home, logged into my U-Haul account so I could change the reservation myself but of course there's no option to do so. It's not until 20 minutes or so before our truck is due back that someone texted us saying just that and let us know that we would be charged for another day if the truck isnt returned in time. So now, we returned the truck one hour later than expected and are charged another day of truck use and another day of insurance. I have used other U-Haul locations many times in the past and have never experienced any problems. After this experience I will never use your services again. I've told the person who I was helping move today everything thats happened and they will never use your services again. I will continue telling everyone to steer clear of your services. This U-Haul location made an already stressful moving day exponentially more stressful and much more expensive than it needed to be.

No spots to park my car, very limited space to park uhaul. There were three trucks parked on the 16th ave when I arrived instead of in the lot. One of them was towed while I was there.

The app process was pretty complicated and didn’t work at first for uploading photos. I had to talk to customer service who eventually got it sorted and I had to try again using a browser and not the app. Also, I wasn’t aware ahead of time I needed two references because I was a first time U-Haul renter. I had a lot of trouble finding my vehicle once I got everything sorted. The unit numbers could also be licence plate numbers, which was what I originally thought.

I returned the vehicle in 2 hrs with 22km on odometer, and gas replaced. The promised billing by email never was sent. The charge on my visa was the estimate for 24 hrs(not 4 firstname.lastname@example.org) plus higher mileage.. Please correct the billing and email as promised
