In my booking I did checked off that I did not want to extra collision insurance; when I was checked in the person who helped me inadvertently signed me up for it. When I dropped the vehicle off there was no parking- I decided to circle the block to see if I could find street parking but due to the nature of the location this required a 5 minute detour to return to the same parking lot. The people were very nice and the equipment was in good condition it was just a bit of a challenge to drop off and annoying to get charged for a coverage I did not want.
