I had to pick up the truck early because when i called before they close to check they still didn't. There was no furnature dolly in back. Make moving lot harder. They didn't check the truck back in for 4 hours after i dropped it off
Original location didnt show up for pickup, second uhaul center barley knew how to use the computer system and wanted to put my personal information in his phone to complete by transaction it felt very shady.
