Was the equipment clean? There was nothing in it, but it wasn't clean. It also wasn't really dirty, just what you would expect. Was it well maintained? Not sure but the steering felt a bit too loose for my liking and it ran hotter than my vehicles but maybe that normal for this vehicle?
