I reserved a 20' truck for a one way 65 mile move. The reservation person told me that she gave me extra miles, because of extra miles to pickup and return. Up to 100 miles no extra charge. When I picked it up, the allowed mileage dropped to 64. Reserved price around $345 went up to 398 at drop off. Then they charged me again for extra miles. Overall price went up around $80. I'm very unhappy with the experience!

Gentlemen went above and beyond by backing up the truck with the trailer. Very professional and friendly. This is the second time we've dropped off at this location and their we be more in the future.
Melissa WThe gentleman whom checked us in was professional and friendly. It was conveniently located and easy to find. Checking in the truck was a breeze and glad I took pictures to show him the fuel when I picked it up because the website showed it completely different. Will have to return rent a uhaul in the future but I definitely will not pick it up from the location that I did in Kansas City. I will definitely be dropping it off at the location that I did in Vienna Illinois. Also your customer service representatives at your 800 number are very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful, that was greatly appreciated. Please let them know that.
