Bad business?
CASANDRA MPickup location was sketchy, took 30 minutes while he sent pictures of my info to some number to be verified. Was charged 91.54 plus 76.00 totaling 167 and some change and then was charged again 76.00 totaling 243.?? We drove 40 miles, truck rental was 29.95, plus 15$ safemove Will never use uhaul again

Selma EYou over charged my credit card and I didn't even have the truck for the full 24 hours. I got the truck at 5:00pm and returned it at 10:00 pm and was charged $168.58. The truck was only supposed to ba around $60 for the 24 hours. I will be sure to let other know how you all over charge for dirty trucks! I didn't damaged anything and have full pictures with time and date stamps when I took the truck and when I dropped the truck off.
