Head office needs to know where there uhaul trailers are. Went online to get a trailer, and the pick up location, was sending me to Bassano Albeta. This was 1hr away from where I live. I live in Vulcan and seen the trailer i wanted. So i went into Porthos, and got the trailer from them. Very friendly, and excellent customer service.

Robert H.Business was not open on Monday and didn't update information to uhaul. Waited a few hours outside on a Monday for owner to show up. Declined insurance 2 times, was still charged $30 insurance fee. When I noticed she said she would remove it. Got my final bill was still charged a new different price of $15 insurance free. Instead of removing $30 fee it changed to $15, that doesn't seem right.

Ross H.It was Hard to tell it was a U-haul supplier no clear markings other than the key drop box. I paid for the rental when I picked it up with estimated kilometers below what I used and fir a 24 hr rental with 200kms used I was charged another $355 bringing my total to $650 which is ridiculous, I also never Authorised any charges to this location and will be disputing them. Will not use U-haul after this, and will definitely never use a credit card with there seevices.
