I picked up this trailer at the request of U-Haul and the first place they sent me didn’t have a car tower so they called the office and had to locate another but wanted to send me 45 min away. I left and they called And sent me to a different location 10 min away. The cat tower needs new ratchets for the tie downs. These were rusted but we tow a lot so we were able to make them work. A novice would not. By the time we finished I had wasted 2 hours. Would have been nice to have the equipment at the first location to make this seamless since we were packed a 10 ft truck that day.

Very helpful note so much on drop off end in Dallas Went to 4 locations “ nobody taking trailers” got sent to a sketchy location at a counter of a corner market Guy never looked at trailer never gave me anything now 2 days of U-Haul calling/ threatening me that trailer wasn’t returned I’ll have to pay for it etc
