The rep did not train the location on uhaul rental. they were new and it's understandable that they could not help me but they did try and helped me with uhaul customer service. Ultimately the support person, I believe her name was Taniksha, was amazing and made sure to help help every step of the way. I recommend listening to our phone conversations. With many years of management and running multiple businesses she is the type of person companies need to survive. She deserves a raise before someone gives her a better opportunity.
