Told location that the "check engine light" was on, but was told it had been like that for months & not to be concerned ... Well, next day truck would not start, had to get a jump ... When I returned to location, told the worker what had happen & to have the truck checked ... I would still recommend location because of its convenient location, but to make sure no warning lights are on the truck.

There was nothing to be done to improve on the service for the next customer. In fact, I would like to praise the service of this location. The rep at this location went above and beyond to get in touch with us to let us know we left some sunglasses in the truck. We greatly appreciated her efforts.

Dropped truck off early And now having to argue over drop off time because they did not enter drop off until next day so I was charged for an extra day. Really mad!

The van was dirty. The back and the front.There was yellow paint all over the doors and literally dirt in the back. The proprietor of the store was very nice and did ask us if we wanted a different van, but I already had started the paperwork on the one we originally were given.

It was a dirty gas station, the woman just wanted the key to the truck and did not care that I needed help getting my car off the tow trailer.

Clearly explain the equipment return procedure via mobile device requires images of the fuel and mileage and cargo area. Do NOT put the key in the drop box until you are completely finished with the return on the mobile device.

I have never been so blatantly disrespected in all of my life. My contractual drop off location refused my rental because “they didn't have the space”. He offered no resolution, told me to go somewhere off of Capital blvd. Because of him and apparently that type of poor customer service is allowed, I'll never use your company again!

The pickup location folks were great. The Uhaul reservation system was extremely defective and confusing. When I arrived the mobile app said I had no reservation. The pickup location folks found it online and completed the pickup for me. Several times during the days before pickup my reservation vehicle type and pick up location was changed by emails and phone calls from Uhaul. In the end, I got the vehicle I originally reserved and the day went well.

Truck was parked in mud. Utility dolly and appliance dolly were not in truck. Truck check engine light was on and I was worried about the safety of truck but store owner said it was fine and I had no other option for a truck. Passenger mirror could not be adjusted to use for changing lanes. Store was closed for returning on Sunday because of Easter weekend and I was charged because I could not return truck because of holiday
