Supposed to pick up my rental at the 12 pm no one was there until 1 pm.

This location is the best in town. Fast and easy pickup and drop off. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
CRAIG BCustomer service rep did not have adequate experience and process took extra long. I also seemed to be incorrectly charged.
Wandalee CHad to vacuum out the back with our shop vac before we could load our things.
Bryan NThe only issue I had was when I tried to do the pickup as it was a Saturday and the app wouldn’t let me upload pictures. I however called the help live and the lady I was talking to was able to send me a link wher I was able to upload the pictures and complete the pickup with ease.
