the actual store was really hard to find - i didn't realize it was within another store and there is no exterior "building signage" only a small sign at the actual storefront. other than that my experience was great! they are super helpful and positive.

I do not like to waste my time writing reviews but i am also a uhaul shareholder and uhauls process in general needs serious improvement. Erroneously charged for extras after altering the original contract somehow to reflect less allowed mileage than promised, extra days, pickup locations, etc. The drop off location didn't have a key box. After completing mobile check out process, I was forced to drop off at another location. So many inconveniences and lost time associated with this transaction that I should have just hired professional movers.

At first I was told I couldn't return the truck to the location in my contract. I was told to go to another site far away, but my ride home was at the original location. That would have been very upsetting if not resolved. It was worked out and your rep was helpful.

Sam was very helpful and professional. He saw me driving around the parking lot looking where to return the rental truck; so he came outside and flagged me down. He directed me to the rental return and was a big help. I highly recommend this location for truck rentals or their other services.

Waiting for my $50 reward for UHAUL not having ANY vehicles. Drove to the WC Post Annex, arriving about the time I was to pick up the UHAUL: 11:30am. I was told my 17' truck was waiting for me in Concord. 10 mins away. When I arrived at about Noon, I was told the truck would not be available until 3:30pm. So where's my $50 guarantee? And I wasted my time bouncing between stores, when UHAUL could have called me, or texted. When I finally picked up the truck, around 4pm, I was told it needed to be back by 7am. Problem is: I was to pick it up at 11:30am, so I could haul furniture to Goodwill and Habitat for Humanities. They close at 5pm. Needless to say, I had to keep it until 10am the next day, so I could drop off our donations. A horrible experience and no recovery on UHAUL's side. I drove to Con

Put in a reservation in walnut creek location for a saturday morning. When I showed up in Walnut creek I was told that my reservation is actually for pick up in concord (different location than what I booked online). No notification or whatsoever about the location change. When I showed up in concord I have been told that There is no truck for me because I was late (mind that the majority of the delay was caused by the location confusion created by the online booking system). Stuff is very rude and not helpful at all. I want my money back
