The guy at the front had no clue how to get me the right key. I had to wait for someone else to come- The uhaul was completely plowed in with a wall of snow It had to be plowed out I was late to meeting up with my movers This shouldn't take 25-30 minutes I'll never come here again, no one should

Although the equipment was clean, the driver’s side taillight was out. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for roadside assistance to replace the light at the pickup location. I was very inconvenienced and not at all satisfied.
