Bob was great to deal with at the location. The issue I have is with the amount of emails and texts regarding the rental. Very confusing! MUCH RATHER DEAL WITH A PERSON WHEN CHECKUNG IN AND OUT. Would recommend dealing with Bob to anyone. He was fantastic.

The app was confusing and I locked the truck and returned the key before realizing I needed to take a bunch of pictures so I sent awkward selfies.
