I had a pickup scheduled for 8:30 AM, but no one showed up until 9:11 AM, immediately putting me behind schedule. When I opened the trailer, it hadn’t been swept and had grease or oil on the floor. The trailer was equipped with a 4-pin connector, despite me needing a 7-pin connection. When I asked inside for an adapter, I was told they had “just sold the last one,” forcing me to leave the location and purchase an adapter myself. After connecting the trailer, the lights didn’t work. I had to troubleshoot the wiring, locate a short, and pay out of pocket to fix it. I then cleaned the trailer as thoroughly as possible, though the grease stain could not be removed. All of this resulted in a delay of over three hours, causing me to arrive late. Despite this, I swept the trailer, removed all trash, and returned it the following morning. To top it off, this location had the audacity to charge me a cleaning fee — despite the trailer being dirty at pickup and despite the fact that I personally cleaned it before returning it. This location demonstrated a complete lack of preparation, accountability, and respect for customers’ time.

The clerk was short with me and not helpful in dropping off the trailer. No one was available to help lift the heavy trailer off my hitch. It was very difficult to complete the return process with no assstance.
NANCY SEmployee at this location did not properly connect the trailer to the receiver. On my way home the trailer came off the hitch as I exited the highway. The trailer jerked back and forth until I came to a stop and caused damage to my vehicle. When I returned the trailer, I spoke with a different employee than the one who hooked up the trailer on Friday. He said since we didn’t pay them to hook up the trailer that U-Haul would not take responsibility. I didn’t ask the employee to hook up the trailer. He did it himself when I backed up. Very disappointed.

Sean DWent into months shop, guy said he'd be with me in 5 mins. Waited and the paperwork. On return, a just after 1pm. Didn't help me disconnect, didn't check in until after 5pm adding an extra day.
