there was no office. when I arrived, nobody was there. very unorganized, but when the person arrived, he was very helpful, but he couldn/t speak, which caused it to be alittle awkward.

Location was okay. They women that took care of us was great. The younger girl was kind of rude to another customer. But, I’d go back if I need to. Where I was told to drop it off is another story. He wouldn’t except my truck because he was leaving even though the sign said he was open until 4. He lied and said he was just the office cleaner. Then when I went to put my keys in the box he wouldn’t let me and wouldn’t even considerate it. Told me to go to another one.

Find someone that can spell customer service let alone understand it. I reserved a 17' truck. I had the confirmation with me. They did not have a17' at the location. They gave me a 20' truck That I did not need or want and charged me the 20' truck fees. This is pure example of customer rip-off and disservice. NO EXCUSES for this behavior besides CARELESSNESS and DISRESPECT. To top it all, the truck was dirty. The cup holders were full of sticky slimy black stuff like spilled soda and dirt or something like that. I guess they are consistent in that aspect.

1. Reservation was for 8 AM. The location does not open till 9 AM. 2. The parking is horrible. 3 While I applaud the hiring of people with disabilities, the person signing me out in the morning was deaf, and unable to answer my questions. 4. As such, I did not conduct a thorough inspection (my fault, but in my defense I was an hour late). And the vehicle did not come with a dolly, forcing me to go to another uhaul location (further delaying my move. 5. The location did not have customary supplies (boxes, tape, pads). 6. The fuel level was 1/4 tank, making it nearly impossible to return the vehicle with the proper amount of fuel. I was charged $8 for not having enough fuel upon return. I take the charge as a lesson in your shoddy business practices (think rental cars- out full/in full). You have lost a customer for life.

The owner was very dishonest the truck rear inner tire was blown I tried to show it to his helper with no luck communicating so I took a picture with 2 different phones. Upon the return “with only 12 miles used this comes to the last part of my complaint” the owner received the truck and tried to charge me for the inner already blown tire big scam???? Then with only going 12 miles I pumped in 3 plus gallons of gas returned for the guy telling me the gauge was wrong so I said just bill me well I was told it was $50 plus $5.50 a gallon so I asked him where the mark he thought was he showed me the full mark and said it was 7/8 mark so I went back to gas station and pumped to his mark “7/8 “NOT and the truck was over full so that truck must get the worst gas mileage 1 mile per gallon never I am a CDL OVER THE ROAD DRIVER my rig gets 7.5 miles per gallon so I was ripped off for $9.00 in gas and additional 2 charged miles at .79 $1.58 also the my time and helpers “2” dealing with the dishonest thief trying to charge me $300.00 for a tire already blown. How many times has he done this and got away with it as a CDL driver I look all tires over lucky for me SO WHAT ARE YOU AT UHALL GOING TO DO??????

I said yes to helpful because there was a man who had no voice that was helpful but he wasn't the boss. The boss was more interested in the cars and putting stereos in them. Uhaul is an after thought to him. The stereo shop is dirty and grungy.

Was transferred to another location without being informed. It took over 2 hours to get a working truck and I still had to go to another store for my furniture pads. I don't know what has happened to U-Haul over the years, but I will start looking at other places if this continues.

Make sure the sales person knows what they are doing; add equipment, print receipts, etc. Also the sales rep was very inappropriate and my husband had to go back up there to talk to him! We will NOT be renting from this location again & we will not allow anyone we know to rent from them either!

My reservation was given to another customer and the mess that ensued was aggravating.

A tow dolly that I returned was not checked in for over 12 days. No charges were applied to my CC, but when I called customer service to verify the return several days later (they said I should get an email with receipt verification of return), they said that the equipment has not yet been turned in and that it is reported as lost. After getting in touch with another facility, the manager personally went to this location, picked up the tow dolly, and took it to his store and reported it as turned in on time, and then personally called me to let me know that everything was taken care of.
